HOW DOES THE RECEPTION SERVICE WORK?
The reception is open 24 hours a day.
Floor markers on the floor will assist guests in maintaining social distance.
The reception will have an acrylic separator to provide a security barrier between the receptionist and the guest, in order to preserve a safe distance.
DO I HAVE TO USE MASK?
Mandatory mask use. Guests will receive at check-in a disposable mask. Additional masks we will be available for sale at the reception (subject to availability).
WILL THE POOL RESTAURANT AND BAR BE OPEN?
The restaurant will be open for breakfast (assisted buffet), lunch and dinner. In addition, take-away or delivery to your room will be available. Reservation will be required in order to comply with occupancy requirements and social distancing. We apologize for any inconvenience but we intend to safeguard your safety.
The pool bar will not be operational during this period, however, snacks can be purchased at the restaurant.
There may be changes to the services
ARE ALL HOTEL FACILITIES AVAILABLE?
The swimming pool will be open with a reduced number of sun loungers to limit entry and allow social distance.
The gym will be open upon reservation, allowing a maximum of two guests at the any given time.
The massage service will not be available.
DURING THE STAY, I HAVE A REQUEST TO MAKE AT THE RECEPTION. HOW SHOULD I PROCEED?
The reception is available 24 hours a day, with a physical security barrier through an acrylic panel for the safety of guests and employees. Guest may also contact reception via room phone by dialing 9 or by email.
The reception will do everything possible to meet all requests, always taking hygiene and safety measures as a priority.
WHAT EXTRA MEASURES DO WE TAKE?
Hygiene has always been of utmost importance at the Carvi Beach Hotel. In this new concept of space sharing, we will implement additional processes to help ensure the safety and hygiene of our customers and members of our team.
- Alcohol dispensers are available in the common areas and in the main points of the hotel;
- Mandatory use of masks for employees and customers;
- Common areas and contact points will be disinfected frequently throughout the day;
- Employees will comply with the social distancing regulations;
- Reduction in all services to 50% of their capacity, thus ensuring social distancing.
