• How many floors and rooms does the hotel have?
The Carvi has 7 floors with a total of 39 rooms.
• Can I have early check in?
Unfortunately, early check-in cannot be confirmed in advance. We are unable to guarantee that the room will be ready before 3pm. However, you may drop off your luggage at reception, until your room is ready.
• Can I have late check out?
Unfortunately, check out is always 12 PM, so we have time enough to prepare all rooms for check in– but you can leave your luggage at the hotel until later in the day.
• Does the hotel have breakfast?
e do not have a restaurant in the hotel and do not serve meals. However, there are many fast food and fine dining restaurants in the neighborhood.
• Does the hotel have parking?
We do not have parking. There are a self-parking 2 doors next to hotel that provides flat rate for our guests with a hotel ticket. Stop by the hotel first to get the ticket. Prices (subject to change) $35/car - $45/SUV for 24hs, no IN or Out allowed – Open from 7am to 11pm). Prices subject to change – call hotel to reconfirm.
• Is the hotel pet friendly?
No – Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
• Does the hotel have a bar?
The hotel does not have a bar. We have an open-air terrace on 7th floor for guests to lounge until 10PM - if the weather permits.
• Does the hotel have Airport transfers?
We do not have hotel shuttle to the airport but work with outside companies. Reservations can be made via email to email@example.com.
• Does the hotel have bathtubs?
No, all rooms have standing shower.
• Does the hotel have smoking rooms?
We are a non-smoking hotel, subject to a $250 penalty fee in case of infraction.
• What is the size of the beds?
Queen size: rooms with 1 queen bed. 2 Beds room: rooms with 2 double size (full) beds. Junior Suite – 1 queen bed.
We do not have King size beds.
• Does the hotel have extra bed and cribs available?
We are not able to accommodate an extra bed in some of our rooms. Please contact us in advance to make request of extra bed or crib to ensure availability. Extra charge may apply.
• What documents do I need to have at check-in?
You will need to provide a valid photo ID, and a valid credit card for payment and or incidentals/security. If it is a third party making the payment for your reservation and the credit card to be used is not present , you will need to contact the hotel for payment arrangement and ask for a credit card authorization form before date of arrival.

We are open 24 hours . The front desk can always be reach, whether from an internal or external source, at (212) 752-0600.
• What is the minimum age required to make a reservation?
You need to be 21 years old to check in the hotel.
• What time of check in and check out?
